How to Receive Files in SHAREit?

SHAREit is a cross-platform based file sharing app that is absolutely free to use. It is available for free download on iOS, Android and even Windows platform. With the SHAREit app you can send/receive as many files (even large sized) wirelessly. The best thing about this app is that all the file sharing process is super-fast. Thus, file transfer on SHAREit is a lot faster than that of Bluetooth and NFC (combined). Since it makes use of Wi-Fi Direct, the transfer speeds can go up to 200 Mbps. Yes, that is why people love to use this app so much. It has even received the Editor’s Choice Award for four consecutive years (2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017).

The process of sending/receiving files over SHAREit is very easy. Make sure that you download the app today to start sharing files with ease. It makes use of the Wi-Fi Hotspot method (popularly known as Wi-Fi Direct method) for establishing connections. Since these connections are very secure (and safe), SHAREit makes use of this feature. The best thing about this feature is that it allows for cross-platform file sharing. This feature of SHAREit is loved by iOS users a lot (since Bluetooth in iOS devices is not compatible backwards).

Android to Android File Sharing

  • Once you have downloaded and installed SHAREit APK, open the app.

  • Once the files have been transferred, close the SHAREit app.

Android to iOS (or Windows Phone)

  • Download SHAREit on your iOS or Windows device. Install it afterwards.
  • After that open the SHAREit app.
