The easiest fix for the app crashing is to clear its cache. Cache refers to the in-app memory that often loads up some faulty file. Deleting this faulty file can fix a lot of in-app issues. It is an easy process and can be done under a minute. However, it is advised to ensure that you have at least 15% battery on your device before you proceed. Device restarting or turning off during cache cleaning process may harm the app (and the device).
- On your device, go to Settings.
- Go to Apps and Notifications > Apps > SHAREit >
- Go to Clear Cache option and tap on it. This will clear the app cache.
- Once you have cleared the cache, you can run SHAREit again.
